COMMUTING MADE EASY AT SM CITY MINDPRO | ZAMBOANGA GUIDE

 





I was at SM CITY MINDPRO the other day during the opening of Cellsite Mobile Center at the 4th level CYBERZONE to shop for a new phone as they were on promo for CHINESE NEW YEAR and I saw taxis and tricycles parked and felt at ease for all the mallgoers as they would not have a hard time communiting especially at night. Kudos SM CITY MINDPRO for ensuring the safety of ZAMBOANGUEÑOS. Santiki badi👍




To continue the #FreshStartAtSM, SM City Mindpro opened its taxi and tricycle bays to their shoppers for a safe, convenient and comfortable public transportation.


To recall, the city implemented EO BC 616-2020 which puts emphasis on the traffic rerouting along La Purisima Street and of all roads leading towards La Purisima and Campaner Streets. This has since been lifted and paved the way for our public transport groups to traverse La Purisima and Campaner Streets with no restrictions. Commuters will no longer have to walk in such distance since taxi and tricycle bays are already available at the ground level parking area of SM City Mindpro. 


Mall-goers will not have to worry commuting after their night shopping at the mall since air-conditioned taxis and auto rickshaws are available daily from 10AM to 8PM following the mall hours. 



In strict observance of our local and national IATF guidelines, rickshaws can only accommodate two passengers at a time, while taxis religiously follow the distancing guidelines.


For those who choose to stay home, SM City Mindpro offers online shopping, SM Food-To-Go, Pickup at the Curbside, as well as personal shopping services in cooperation with its tenant partners and community groups.

I did not know that Tilapia can be cooked in so many ways till I went to Laurel Batangas. Laurel, officially the Municipality of Laurel, is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Batangas, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 39,444 people. Laurel had been part of Talisay, its current neighbor town. The town used to be known as Bayuyungan. I was invited to witness their very popular Tilapia Festival by having a lot of activities. One of the activities that I participated as a judge was the MASTER CHEF COMPETITION. The contest had 2 divisions; the junior division and the senior division.
